About
The Lutheran Association for Church Extension, Inc. (LACE), established in 1960, is a non-profit organization serving congregations of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod and the Evangelical Lutheran Synod throughout the United States.
The primary purpose of LACE is to provide congregations with low cost loans. These loans can be used to refinance current mortgages; construct, expand or renovate church/school facilities; parsonage or teacherage construction; or to complete miscellaneous projects such as purchasing an organ or fixing a roof.
In addition to providing the funding for loans, LACE provides a channel through which people can purchase investments and receive annual interest payments. Contact us today for more information or to arrange a visit at your church.
