All certificates automatically renew at the same term and at its current rate, which may have changed, unless you prefer changes be made prior to maturity.

It is recommended to have (or create) online account access to view your current statements as well as upload your banking information to have the funds transferred securely to your bank.

As your written confirmation for your redemption, we prefer you sign and date the back of the certificate and send it back to us. Scan and e-mail it or UPLOAD it within the form. Mail/delivery via a trackable method is also an option.
